End User License Agreement (EULA)

This page lists the current edition of our EULA for macOS and Windows plugins. Note that iOS apps and plugins are purchased separately via App Store and come with a different EULA.

This End User License Agreement (the "license" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "user", "you" or "your") and Yuri Turov (the "author") with regard to the copyrighted software (the "software") provided with this EULA.

By installing the software you agree to the terms of use listed below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must promptly stop using the software and remove any stored copies of the software you have made.

Software License

The author grants you a non-transferable and non-exclusive license to install and use the software. If you acquired this license as an individual, you are licensed to install and use the software on any number of devices you personally own. If you acquired this license as an institution or company, you are licensed to use the software on as many devices as a single user will use, or a single device for multiple users.

All copyrights pertaining to the software are owned by Yuri Turov. You may not publish, sell, market, distribute, lend, lease, rent, sublicense or reverse engineer the software without the author's permission.

Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided to the user "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, any warranty of fitness for any specific purpose. You agree to use the software at your own risk and shall in no way claim the author's responsibility for damages caused as a result of its use or abuse.
